Southwind Properties SPC is a Privately held real estate investment company. Our plan is to purchase, improve, rent and eventually sell properties. Initially, we are in the process of leveraging the very low real estate market in Sicily, Italy, to purchase multi unit properties that need a little work, but can begin generating income within a few months of purchase.

To do Business in Sicily we have engaged a Legal firm in Palermo to form a wholly owned subsidiary company to handle all of the business operations in Italy. That Company is Notus SRL. Our legal firm will also handle the property purchases, and agreements for leases, rentals, etc in Italy.
