We have set up our investing program to allow the small real estate investors a way into the business. We are accepting investments in the form of loans to Southwind Properties SPC. All transactions are handled in USD regardless of where in the world our current projects are being developed.
The minimum Investment loan accepted is $5,000 but can be increased by increments of $5,000 to a maximum if $20,000. People who want to build their investment over time, can have multiple Investment loans. Investment loans are offered at 5% APR with a 6 or 10 year term. There are 4 repayment plans available for this loan:
- Standard Amortization – a regular monthly payment of interest and principal
- Monthly Interest – a regular monthly payment of interest only.
- Annual Interest – a regular yearly payment of interest only.
- Term Payoff – all interest and principal are paid in full at the end of the loan

We know there is nothing spectacular in this loan package. The real return on this investment is that all investors get an annual “investment bonus” for each year that their loan is active. The investment bonus is 25% percentage of annual profits spread across all investors by amount invested. For example: if there are 5 investment loans for $10,000 each. If company made $20,000 profit in a year then the Investment bonus is $5,000 and each investor will get $1,000 in addition to their loan repayment schedule.
We are limiting investments to $180,000 until the proof of concept phase is completed at the end 2029. At which time we should have enough actual data to either validate or modify the business model. At that point investments may be opened up again.
